  Manufacturer’s Showcase puts the spotlight on Dutch’s Welding, a company out of Florida that focuses on fabricating trailers, flatbeds, and custom marquees for the outdoor amusement industry. Also, Fred’s Tents manufactures and retails all styles of tents, canopies and sidewalls for the industry, and carries a full line of tent accessories.

  Geren Rides fielded a midway of 30 rides at the 2007 West Tennessee State Fair. The show has added a number of dates in the last few years, including one brand new event in Memphis.

  The History of Train Shows follows King Reid Shows in the 1950s and the World of Mirth as it fulfilled dates in Pennsylvania and North Carolina.

  Route Snapshots offers some photos of Brown’s Amusements at a date in Apache Junction, Arizona

  Photos depict how shows create innovative racking for some of their pieces, an area always of interest to those looking to transport rides in an efficient manner.

  Jane Baxter has finally gotten her Heartbreaker. The European piece made its debut in 2007 at several large events.

  NAARSO will offer its annual ride inspection forum in Orlando, January 27 through February 1.

  Midway Personality reads like a cookbook with a profile of Century 21 Shows concessionaires David and Tracy Duck, and Jake Bean.

  Norton Auctioneers is not a company to let the dust settle on its gavel. The company has been busy with auctions in Florida, Massachusetts, and Indiana.
