In the March 2005 issue:

Both the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo and Crabtree Amusements found that change is the only constant. Both entities made several improvements to their operations, resulting in greater customer satisfaction.

Rhode Island-based Rockwell Amusements put its toe in the waters of North Carolina, trying its hand at providing the midway for the Burke County Fair.

There is a blend of classic rides with more contemporary offerings on the Inners Shows midway.

The 2004 Wisconsin Valley Fair was provided with all the thrills and fun a midway could muster courtesy of Farrow Shows.

A walk Down Memory Lane covers the Rogers Bros. Shows, a carnival established in the early 1900s.

When thinking of Myrtle Beach, one thinks of fun. However, the venue was a site for business for the North Carolina and South Carolina Fair Association meetings.

The Cleveland County (N.C.) Fair will have a change of management. After 28 years, fair manager Joe Goforth, who used to own a ride manufacturing company, is retiring.

Take a turn Out and About on Texas-based Kenny's Funland Midway.

Manufacturer's Showcase features Prairie Financial, a company that provides customized financing and leasing to the outdoor amusement industry.

Do You Remember profiles the Huss UFO, a ride created in response to the fascination with space transpor.

The Concessions section features profiles of two people involved in the industry with strong family ties and the important roles that these families have played in the business.

In November the International Association of Fairs (IAFE) held their annual meeting in Las Vegas. At the same time the Showmen's League also met there.

The History of Train Shows continues with Rubin & Cherry and some of the personnel that worked on the show in the 1920s.
