Carnival Magazine sadly reports that Frank Kopcha passed away on Monday, August 30, 2010 at the age of 92. Mr. Kopcha was the owner of Frankie's Amusements Co. and East Coast Shows. He retired in 1986. He also served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Mr. Kopcha was a member of the Showman's Legion and an avid Steelers fan. He is survived by his wife, Helen Chmiel.
